For those new to the group, the My Wedding Business Team, have over 40 years of collective experience in the Wedding Industry. Four passionate individuals who thrive on building businesses of substance and value. 

Agents for change, innovators and leaders, thinkers and planners, but most importantly - 'doers'. They are fortunate enought to have built several very successful businesses and now we want to share our secrets to creating momentum in your business with you.

Marlene Murray

Lady of Maleny Manor. What this woman doesn't know about running a wedding business isn't worth knowing!! Marles has been in the industry for nearly two decades. She has won every award imaginable and is the go-to person for anything weddings. Marlene is a gentle soul who knows how to run a tight outfit. She has taken the humble Maleny Manor on the Sunshine Coast Hinterland and made it a national wedding icon.  

Simon Murray

The second half of the dynamic Maleny Manor duo. Simon affectionately referred to as the 'Macgyver' of Maleny Manor. He knows how to get things done on time and on budget. An incredible font of knowledge for the back-end operations of Australia's favourite venue. Simon has been involved with developing the operations of several very large brands simultaneously. An incredible work ethic, he won't stop until success has been achieved.  

Kristen Bayliss 

If you haven't heard of Kristen, well, that's just the way she likes it! A powerhouse behind the scenes - when she isn't too busy working on helping iconinc brands in the Wedding Industry grow, she is out there growing beautiful businesses of her own. The brains behind Pash & Dash Weddings and the Sunshine Coast Wedding Expo, she knows how to build a business from scratch.  

Jarrad Bayliss

A person you would have definitely heard of - this guy knows how to get noticed! One of Australia's most awarded, recognised and respected Marriage Celebrants, Jarrad has carved out a repuation for not just being a popular Celebrant but an incredible business mind in the Wedding Industry. He has helped many business develop and grow with his extensive experience in Strategy, Planning and Analysis. Who would have thought that only 6 years ago, he was serving in Afghanistan with the Australian Army.  

Well, that's the team or as we say 'your team'. There was plenty more to add but you get the gist :)
